For Warmth: Remove the heat/cold pack from the plush and place it flat on a clean microwave turntable. Heat according to the instructions on the Hugglz & Co.® hang tag and care guide, adjusting as directed for your microwave's wattage. Once warmed, return the pack to the plush for soft, comforting warmth. Adult supervision is required when heating.

For Cooling: Place the removable heat/cold pack in a resealable plastic bag and chill it in the freezer for up to 3 hours. Return the cooled pack to the plush for a refreshing, comforting cuddle.

Yes! Safety and quality are a top priority at Hugglz & Co.®. Our weighted and warmable stuffed animals undergo third-party testing and meet applicable ASTM F963-23 and CPSIA requirements. Hugglz & Co.® products are designed for ages 4 and up.

The removable heat and cold pack should always be heated according to the instructions provided with your Hugglz & Co.® plush, with adult supervision when used by children. Always follow the heating, cooling, washing, and care instructions on the product hangtag and sewn label.

To safely warm your Hugglz & Co.® stuffed animal, always remove the heat/cold pack from the plush before heating. Never place the entire stuffed animal in the microwave.

1. Remove the pack: Take the removable heat/cold pack out of the back of your Hugglz & Co.® plush.

2. Check the pack: Make sure the heat/cold pack is clean, completely dry, and at room temperature before heating.

3. Check the microwave: Make sure your microwave is clean and the turntable rotates freely.

4. Heat the pack: Place the heat/cold pack flat in the microwave and follow these maximum heating times:

600–800 watts: 60 seconds maximum
850–1000+ watts: 90 seconds maximum

5. Before reheating: Allow the heat/cold pack to return completely to room temperature before heating it again.

Always follow the heating instructions provided on your Hugglz & Co.® product hangtag and sewn label. Adult supervision is required when heating the pack for a child.

Hugglz & Co.® can be enjoyed warm or cool. To use your Hugglz & Co.® plush for cooling, simply chill the removable heat/cold pack in the freezer.

1. Remove the pack: Take the removable heat/cold pack out of the back pocket of your Hugglz & Co.® plush.

2. Place it in a sealed bag: Put the heat/cold pack in a clean, resealable plastic bag before placing it in the freezer. This helps keep the pack clean and dry.

3. Freeze the pack: Place the sealed pack in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until it reaches your desired coolness.

4. Reinsert the pack: Remove the chilled pack from the freezer and resealable bag, then place it back inside your Hugglz & Co.® plush for cool, comforting cuddles.

5. Before heating again: Allow the heat/cold pack to return completely to room temperature before placing it in the microwave.

Drying: Do not place your Hugglz & Co.® plush in the dryer. Air dry only. Allow the plush to dry completely before replacing the heat/cold pack.

Heat/Cold Pack: Do not machine wash or submerge the removable heat/cold pack in water. Keep it clean and dry.

Thank you for choosing Hugglz & Co.®! With proper care, your weighted, warmable plush can provide comforting warmth, cooling relief, gentle weight, and plenty of hugs for years to come. Follow the guidelines below to help keep your Hugglz & Co.® plush clean, safe, and in great condition.

1. Heating Instructions

Always remove the heat/cold pack from the plush before heating.

1. Remove the pack: Take the removable heat/cold pack out of the back pocket of your Hugglz & Co.® plush.
2. Check the pack: Make sure the heat/cold pack is clean, dry, and free from damage before heating.
3. Prepare the microwave: Make sure the microwave is clean and the turntable rotates freely.
4. Heat the pack: Place the heat/cold pack flat on the microwave turntable and heat according to the recommended heating time for your microwave wattage.
5. Check the temperature: Carefully check the temperature before placing the pack back inside the plush. If additional warmth is needed, follow the heating instructions provided with your product and never exceed the maximum recommended heating time.
6. Allow to cool completely before reheating.

CAUTION: Never microwave the entire Hugglz & Co.® plush. Heat only the removable heat/cold pack. Never overheat the pack or exceed the recommended heating time.

2. Cooling Instructions

For a soothing cooling effect:

1. Remove the heat/cold pack from the back pocket of your Hugglz & Co.® plush.
2. Place the pack inside a clean, resealable plastic bag to protect it from moisture and odors.
3. Place the sealed pack in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until it reaches your desired coolness.
4. Remove the pack from the freezer and resealable bag, then place it back inside your Hugglz & Co.® plush.

Important: Allow a frozen or chilled pack to return completely to room temperature before heating it in the microwave.

3. Cleaning Your Hugglz & Co.® Plush

Always remove the heat/cold pack before washing.

For light cleaning, gently spot clean the plush with a damp cloth and mild soap.

For a deeper clean, the plush may be machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

AIR DRY ONLY. DO NOT PLACE YOUR HUGGLZ & CO.® PLUSH IN THE DRYER.

Allow the plush to dry completely before replacing the heat/cold pack.

Heat/Cold Pack: The removable heat/cold pack should never be submerged in water or placed in a washing machine. If necessary, wipe the exterior gently with a damp cloth and allow it to dry completely before heating, cooling, or placing it back inside the plush.

4. Storage

Store your Hugglz & Co.® plush and heat/cold pack in a clean, cool, dry place when not in use.

Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight. If storing the heat/cold pack in the freezer, keep it inside a clean, sealed bag to protect it from moisture and odors.

5. Safety Guidelines

Hugglz & Co.® products are intended for ages 4 and up.

Adult supervision is recommended when heating the removable heat/cold pack and when the warmed pack is being used by a child.

Never overheat the heat/cold pack or microwave the entire plush.

Before each use, inspect the heat/cold pack for signs of damage, leakage, or excessive wear. Discontinue use if the pack is damaged.

Always check the temperature of the warmed pack before placing it inside the plush or giving it to a child.

Avoid placing heavy objects on your plush for extended periods to help maintain its shape and softness.

Shipping Rates:
Hugglz & Co.® offers $5 flat-rate shipping within the contiguous United States, making shipping simple and predictable at checkout.

Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are calculated separately and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers:
Most Hugglz & Co.® orders are shipped via UPS. Depending on your delivery location, your order may be shipped using a UPS service that includes final delivery by USPS. In some cases, USPS may also be used for PO Box addresses.

Regardless of the carrier or delivery method used, standard shipping remains just $5 within the contiguous United States.

Shipping to PO Boxes:
UPS cannot deliver to most PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is provided, your order may be shipped via USPS instead. For the fastest and most reliable delivery, we recommend providing a physical street address whenever possible.

Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, although many orders arrive sooner.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your Hugglz & Co.® on its way to you.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Hugglz & Co.® If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

We accept returns requested within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your Hugglz & Co.® item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is also required.

Starting a Return

Before sending an item back, please contact us at support@hugglz.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, securely package your Hugglz & Co.® item to protect it during shipping and include your order number with the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when an incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your order, as Hugglz & Co.® cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your Hugglz & Co.® item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at support@hugglz.com with your order number and details about the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like a different Hugglz & Co.® item, the fastest option is to return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
