Hugglz ships exclusively with UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery every time.

Standard UPS Shipping:
Shipping begins at $8.99 and is based on the size of your order and delivery location. Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. (Many customers receive their Hugglz even sooner!)

Shipping to PO Boxes:
If a PO Box address is provided at checkout, your order will automatically USPS, regardless of the shipping method selected. For faster and more reliable delivery, we recommend using a physical street address.

Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the following business day. Please note that shipping time estimates do not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order:
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your Hugglz every step of the way.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you absolutely love your Hugglz! But we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you need to make a return, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the original packaging and all tags.
  
• You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that all returns must be requested first—items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
  

To start a return, simply email us at support@hugglz.com. Once your return is approved, securely pack your unused Hugglz in a box or mailing bag to protect it during shipping. Don’t forget to include your order number so we can process your refund promptly.

All returns must be sent by mail, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

If your Hugglz arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@hugglz.com so we can make it right.

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will include the purchase price and the original shipping cost, but will not include any return shipping expenses.

Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@hugglz.com.
