Shipping Policy
Hugglz ships via UPS Ground for most orders. If your shipping address is a PO Box, we will automatically use USPS to ensure successful delivery, as UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses. You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped.
📦 How Shipping Works
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Where you live (we ship from Texas!)
- How many Hugglz are in your order
Whether you’re snuggling up in Oklahoma or sending love all the way to New York, your shipping rate will reflect the size of your hug and the distance it needs to travel.
If you’re in Alaska, Hawaii, or one of the U.S. territories — don’t worry, we’ve got you covered too! Just know that shipping times may take a little longer and rates are a bit higher to get your hug to the far corners of the map.
🕒 Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping time is in addition to this and depends on your location — but rest assured, we are known to get orders out quickly!
🎁 Free Shipping? Yes, Please!
We offer free shipping on larger orders — just spend $120 or more before tax, and shipping’s on us! So go ahead, send a few extra hugs!
📬 Tracking

Shipping to a PO Box?
Please note: Orders shipped to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS, regardless of selected shipping method. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
