USE & CARE
Simply heat your Hugglz by removing the Heat/Cold Pack and placing it in the microwave for up to 90 seconds. Ensure your microwave is clean and the turntable rotates freely. Use the heating guide provided with your Hugglz for recommended times. Enjoy soothing warmth for up to an hour, and reheat only when the pack has cooled to room temperature. To use as a cold pack, place the Heat/Cold Pack in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for 2-3 hours—perfect for easing bruises, sprains, or cooling down.
